Getting started
What is Fluxi?
Fluxi is your transformation copilot. It combines proven delivery methods, program leadership and an AI assistant trained on your materials so teams can move faster with confidence.
How do I use the AI assistant?
Upload relevant documents in Admin, then head to Ask Fluxi to chat. The assistant cites sources from your repository and can draft artefacts, summarise, and answer questions.
What is Jumpstart?
Jumpstart is a focused engagement that aligns stakeholders on outcomes, risks and a practical wave plan. It creates momentum and a clear path to delivery.
Security and data
How is my data used?
We take your privacy serious. That said to enable the AI features your conversations are vectorised and used in sematic searches using OpenAI against vectorised versions of the jumpstart methodology. Your conversations are saved to provide the history. Any content in accelerators is also saved for history views. Your personal information IS NOT SHARED with any third party apps.
Does the assistant cite sources?
Yes. Responses reference the most relevant passages from your uploaded materials so you can verify answers and drill into the context.
Can I remove documents?
Yes. You can delete source documents in Admin. Associated embeddings are removed and will no longer be used by the assistant.
Using Status Reports
What are Status Reports?
Status Reports help you track delivery, risks and decisions. Fluxi drafts updates based on your conversation history and documents so teams spend more time solving and less time reporting.
How do I start a new status report?
From your instance, open Status Reports and click New. Provide a title and timeframe; Fluxi will prefill key sections which you can review and publish.
Who can see status reports?
Reports are visible to authenticated users of your workspace. You can share a view link when publishing to make a specific report accessible to stakeholders.
